Is Fish Eye Contagious I Need Help! All Of My Fish Are Getting This Weird Disease?

I need help! All of my fish are getting this weird disease? - is fish eye contagious

Ok, I have a tank with 5 fish in it: a regular goldfish, goldfish jumping, a bottom feeder and 2 silver / white Mollie.
It is a reservoir of 25 liters and the water the correct temperature (81 degrees Fareins)
But just today, goldfish Popeye has this strange, white substance from gauze to his tail, and put the alien skin. The two Mollies are these strange, orange-yellow cysts that things around the gills and eyes. The bottom feeder goldfish and are normal, and both seem good Mollies the strange cysts, but Popeye fish dead, so it seems.
Any idea what might that be? Is it contagious? Can we save our fish? Please help!

I doubt that columnaris, but in case it comes with furans Maracyn or CT.
Completely forgotten is Maracyn or Maracyn not good for everything, do not use Pimafix is desirable that not a disease, a cure.

I think it's more likely that the infestation protozon the outside and a liver infection caused Popeye caused. The exposure to furan, but the medical food for bacterial infections and Flagyl.

As the package itself, at least 7-10 days after treatment required external funding and 10-14 days for trainees. These antibiotics are.

Columnaris fungus that causes patches do not seem modules throughout the year.

A salt bath in any case, sorry ineffective VG is off base here.

Remember, the carbon cartridge when medically removed, but leaves the filter.
Even when you're finished with the treatment to at least 50% partial water change one gravelsiphon.

Hope that helps
Good luck

ick - Look Up, there is a cure for it. Do you have your tank cycle before you get the fish? Have the fish from Wal-Mart?

It is not I, I and drugs do not work in this direction. The disease will continue to go from raw fish and sicker too. I know is fired, no yellow-orange strokes. PCI is a parasite. This disease is called, Columnaris is a bacterial infection. Columnaris is the result of water with high pH, high temperatures, the depletion of oxygen and water contaminated with feces. Poor water quality in aquariums or poorly maintained acute stress can promote diseases. Although goldfish can survive in water temperatures warmer, weakens them and reduces their ability to fight infection, which is probably why it happened. 81 degrees is very, very hot for goldfish. Mollies, just in general, seem to be very susceptible to this disease. Columnaris appears as white spots or thick-headed and red fins, especially around the tail fin. In addition, the lesions may progress rapidly into ulcers usually within 24 hours, the yellow or orange due to masses of pigmented bacteria, therefore, their yellow-orange like a cyst of things. IU need antibiotics, such as address, for example hydrochloride and neomycin sulphate. Maracyn-2 is a brand that works well for this disease. Pimafix is also very good. You should start for the first time, but with a bath with salt 1 / 2 cup salt in 1 liter of water. It is a dive, not a permanent condition. End of the fish until it stops moving. Slide the fish swim and again. Way to go, but no more than a total of 5 minutes, until the fish no longer corresponds to the elbows. Then remove and put fresh water in which they have made a change of 50% water. You must reduce the water temperature around 75-76 degrees, because hot water accelerates the progress of columnaris. Or you can dilute solution, as all manual with copper and immersion in the same fish. It is a contagious disease, and it seems that all the fish, although you must treat the entire tank. The filter holder is removed, while the consumption of drugs, because the filter is removed, the product water. Then, when treatmNCD's more, you can use the filter. Treatment can take several weeks, so it takes a lot of dedication and patience, but can be cured.

Sorry, I know what it is. But try to write the "symptoms" to take photographs, or even cause your fish Petstore. Ask someone who knows a lot about the fish, what is wrong with the fish, and help you get medication for it.

I worry about the fish, however. Goldfish cold water fish prefer cooler water (70) and tropical fish like Mollies (warmer water this is a record 70 to 80) Goldfish kept in warmer waters, higher probability of disease.
