The seller of the device imust particular the demands of the HOA pay for the inspection. The Hoa said that since the inspection only by the sale of the unit that the seller must pay raised. The Owners' Association have agreed that if the termites should be under control, pay the club to help them exterminated. But who pays for control over the sale of the unit?

This should be something negotiated between buyer and seller. If your contract Hoa something specific about the costs that are not involved.
